Noodles Plodder

Soap Mixer

1. Mixer constructed from high-quality stainless steel, 2 mm thickness.

2. Capacity: 30 kg of soap noodles every 7 minutes.

3. Equipped with a mixing unit powered by a 7.5 HP motor and gearbox.

4. Fitted with a top filling door and a side discharge door.

Roll Mill

1. Soap homogenizing mill, capacity 250 kg per hour of raw material.

2. Equipped with a feeding hopper made of 3 mm stainless steel.

3. Powered by an Italian-made 7.5 HP electric motor with gearbox.

4. Three rollers for milling the soap noodles to the required thickness to ensure uniform color blending.

5. Adjustable gap between rollers to control the homogenization process.

6. Roller dimensions: 50 cm width, 14 cm diameter.

Bar Plodder

1. Soap bar plodder, capacity 250 kg per hour.

2. Plodder body made of stainless steel.

Automatic Soap Press

1. Automatic soap press, capacity 500 kg.

2. Press powered by a 2 HP electric motor.

3. Designed to accept interchangeable molds according to the required shape.

4. Equipped with guide rollers to feed the soap bar from the plodder to the mold.

5. Conveyor belt for manual collection of finished soap pieces, soap trimmings gathered at the end of the belt.

6. Electrical control panel for start, stop, and adjustment.

7. Conveyor operates in synchronization with the plodder, with the plodder pausing momentarily during pressing.
